oppositeoffaith: This is a very special instrument to me… Tuned A0, E1, B2, F#3, the bass is loaded with Jerzy’s pick ups, a Bartolini EZQ and Piezo pick ups.  I can get a variety of sounds from it-from Modern Electric Mid Rangy Fretless to and Uprightish sound, which I’ve used to mimic a Double bass…you can hear it in action here: http://www.reverbnation.com/play_now/song_1690618 Turn it up!  I get low with it!  ;-) Zoom

“Une Matinée d’Hiver” by Les Discrets

The french Post-Rock/Shoegaze/Black Metal hybrid genre continues to blow my mind, especially when I listen to artists like Les Discrets and Alcest.
